In which languages can I browse?

The complete navigation languages at sitamurt.com are: Catalan and Spanish. English, French and German are also available for all the sections, except for some contents which will be offered just in English

Are the prices of the on-line shop same as those of the physical sitamurt/ store?

Yes, prices are the same except for eventual promotions.

Are the sold-out articles replaced?

If an article is sold-out, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If this is not possible, we will remove it from the web.

Will I receive the same product that I see on the picture?
Yes, you will get the same product, but in the color you have chosen.

Please take into account that in some articles made out of a very handicraft process, there might be a minimal difference in their finish, as a result of such handicraft production.

How can I get back my password if I have forgotten it?

If you have forgotten your password you will be able to recuperate it in the section “remind password”. You will get an e-mail with your new password.

How can I know that I have made my purchase correctly?

Once finalized your order, you will get a confirmation e-mail. In case you do not get it, please contact our Customer Service.

Can I remove any article from my order?
Yes. From the shopping basket you will be able to remove the articles you do not wish, provided that you have not finalized your purchase.

What shall I do if I get one faulty garment?

sitamurt.com only sells garments in perfect conditions, so if exceptionally you get a faulty garment, please kindly contact our Customer Service.
